How I Found my Next Step without Starting from Scratch

Without a Vision, the People Perish

Building Momentum—Even When It Feels Invisible

Wednesday felt like a turning point.

I built and launched the preorder page for my book, and my first sale came in the same day. More than just a task completed, it was a signal: I’m moving.

The day was so full and productive it felt like a week. Part of that was thanks to knowing my tools well and using tech (including AI) to speed things up. But more than that, it was being in Holy Spirit flow.

It all began with a Power Hour with my Soul Sisters: three 15-minute co-working sprints, each guided by a prompt, followed by a final 15-minute celebration and connection time with cameras on. During this session, I finally tackled a task that had been on my list all week: setting up the preorder page for The Modern Agora book.

Though it wasn’t 100% done by the end of the Power Hour, I knew what the page needed. With AI support and clear direction, I hit publish by lunchtime. I shared it with a friend—one of my Soul Sisters—who immediately purchased a copy. That little boost was exactly what I needed.

More than just another checkmark, it felt like real momentum. Real people interacting. Real money flowing. Even if it was just one sister with nine dollars and ninety-nine cents, a tiny flow of water can break a dam.

I feel the dam breaking.

When the Roadmap Reconnects

I’ve been praying over the long-term vision of the Modern Agora for years, but there’s been a persistent gap between "someday" and "right now."

Yesterday, the dots connected.

My current steps finally aligned with the bigger mission. Not perfectly, but clearly enough. I’ve been praying for this clarity for weeks... months... years, really. We've chased breakthrough in ways that look literally insane to outside observers. But yesterday, the direction came into focus.

Starting with the preorder page, things just flowed. By the end of the day, I could see a path from where I stood to the final destination I've been aiming for all along. Not only could I see it, I was walking it.

$9.99 is a drop in the bucket. It disappears into the river. But now? I stepped fully into that river—the one that carries a movement that will not be held back.

This is what I’ve been working toward.
